Bhubaneswar: The BJP on Saturday moved the poll authorities seeking withdrawal of “unnecessary security benefits” being given to BJD leader V K Pandia.
Pandey, who was SP's chief whip, had resigned from the party post shortly before Rajya Sabha elections held last month. He was notably the first SP leader to dissent against Swami Prasad Maurya's contentious remarks on the Ramcharitramanas.
