A PIL has been filed in the Delhi High Court, demanding action against Sunita Kejriwal, wife of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, and several others for allegedly recording trial court proceedings during the Chief Minister's address .
Advocate Vaibhav Singh filed a complaint against Sunita Kejriwal and others with the district judge headquarters, alleging the unauthorized sharing of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal s court proceedings on social media.
A few other politicians have also been named in the plaint. The complainant is a lawyer named Vaibhav Singh, who says Sunita Kejriwal and some other political leaders shared the said proceedings on social media.
The complainant also took the step of sending a legal notice to social media platforms to remove the video depicting court proceedings presided over by special judge Kaveri Baweja on March 28. - Newsx
