The heaviest of the rain is right now. You see hayward heading to the east bay hills. Weve also got pockets of moderate rain around san rafael. What you see around the radar is hotter than whats reaching the ground. So far this morning its been mainly light with pockets of mad rat to dry weather in the south bay. Heres whats going to happen.
