Just from the video we were able to get, we believe that investigators are surrounding a house on the 700 block. We have not been able to get close to the scene. Earlier this evening there were lots of emergency crews on sce scene. We were told by Atlantic Police they also sent in help for Ventnor Police and assisting in with the scene. We also just learned little bit ago that the Prosecutor Office is on scene. We are waiting to hear from them but in the men time we spoke to resident who tells us horrifying sound he heard when he was sitting in his living room. Watching tv laying in the living room. Next thing you know i heard a couple gunshots. I came out all the cops started pouring in. Block everything off, and hung out outside for about half an hour and we heard another five gunshots right after the five gunshots. They just went off. Maybe 12, 15 shots in a row. Few moments ago. More on that in a moment. We can tell you the station behind me, this is a major hub for nj transit. A lot of trains come here, then people connect to go across the river into new york city. This crash happened during rush hour. Now the tracks stop here but for some reason just after 8 30 this morning the train did not. Prior to arriving in hoboken this Surveillance Video of the nj transit train doesnt appear to show anything unusual. But once at the station which is at the end of the line, witnesses say the train never seemed to slow down before it barreled through the bumper stop jumped the tracks and crashed into the building during a busy morning rush hour. All i can say the train made a big bomb noise we all thought it was bomb. Sounded like a bomb. When i ran out and look to the right, i just saw people on the ground.
