Four film production companies T-Series and those backed by actor Akshay Kumar and producers Boney Kapoor and KC Bokadia have passed the technical bid evaluation for UP government’s Film City project near the Noida international airport. The financial bids will be opened on Tuesday, while the company that will eventually build the first phase of the project will be announced next month, officials said.
