Pollution in Gurugram
GURUGRAM: The minimum temperature slightly dipped to 6 degrees Celsius two degrees below normal on Saturday due to the dry northwesterly winds in the region.
However, sunshine throughout the day provided some respite from the cold wave. The maximum temperature was recorded at 22 degrees Celsius on Saturday. It was 21 degrees Celsius on Friday.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted light rain on February 3 and 4 due to the fresh western disturbance. “Dry weather is likely to continue over the next 2-3 days with the rise in both minimum and maximum temperatures, after which there is possibility of drizzle or light rain on February 3 and 4,” the IMD official said.
