Panaji (Goa) [India], January 15 (ANI): Vice President Venkaiah Naidu on Friday visited Union AYUSH Minister Shripad Yesso Naik at the Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where he is undergoing treatment after getting injured in a road accident.
In a tweet, the Vice President said doctors have informed him that Naik is out of danger and his vital parameters are normal .
Meanwhile, Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said that Naik has been shifted to his normal diet today. Since yesterday, his condition has improved and all vitals are normal. The good thing is that he has shifted to his normal diet today. We are providing the best line of treatment to him at the GMC, Sawant said while briefing media about Naik s health.

Panaji (Goa) [India], January 14 (ANI): Union Minister Shripad Naik, who was hospitalised earlier this week after an accident, is better than yesterday and his general condition is improving, said Goa Medical College & Hospital. Union Minister of State for Defence Shripad Naik is much better than yesterday and his general condition is improving. All his vital parameters are stable. His blood pressure is normal. He still continues to be on high flow nasal cannula oxygenation and is maintaining O2 saturation of 98 per cent, the hospital said. His urinary and blood tests done today are all within limits. Panaji (Goa) [India], January 13 (ANI): AIIMS team headed by Dr S Rajeshwari, Head of Department, Anesthesiology who examined Union Minister Shripad Naik, ruled out the possibility of shifting Naik to Delhi on Wednesday.
The team expressed satisfaction with the line of treatment given by the Goa Medical College doctors. We are very satisfied with his (Naik s) breathing, blood pressure and other health parameters. We have seen him and given advice on how to take him off the ventilator tomorrow, Dr Rajeshwari said to the reporters after evaluating Naik s health.

Panaji: Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Monday said that Union Minister Shripad Naik, who was injured in a road accident in Karnataka on Monday is out of danger and in a stable condition. All the health parameters of Union Minister Shri Shripad Bhau Naik are stable and he is undergoing treatment at ICU of Goa Medical College, Sawant tweeted.
