NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Tuesday advised the feuding members of renowned Kirloskar family to explore mediation route to settle all disputes and warned that attempts to drag one another to courts through civil suits, or for that matter even arbitration, may prove a frustratingly endless process.
A bench of Chief Justice N V Ramana and Justice Surya Kant issued notice on Sanjay Kirloskar s appeal to other family members but asked senior advocates Kapil Sibal and A M SInghvi, appearing for Sanjay, and senior advocate Shyam Divan, appearing for the other side, to explore mediation through friends in the industry for an amicable settlement.
