Protesters are being taken away by some of the officials there. We heard Philip Hammond to starting his speech praising mark cerny. We understand they were protesting about Climate Change. Of course its unclear how the protesters managed to be there at such a prestigious event where normally security is pretty tight. Certainly been at those occasions and very close to becoming an out. But it looks as though here the protesters are being taken away by the staff at this occasion. Clearly it seems hes been unable to continue with his speech for the time being.
