Wolber guided or helped guide several major projects. She said she is most proud of the Communications & Technology Center (COMTEC), which was completed in 2013.
Dr. Daniel Spitz said he “wishes the county well” but called his decision “a little bittersweet” because while the office has progressed far during his long tenure, the county has stifled him and his deputy medical examiner.
