Reporter this is the second lawsuit filed against lyft since september. 14 individuals said in that suit they were the victims of rape and Sexual Assault by their driver. Since September Lyft says it has added more safety features. Bomberger says they dont work. The reason we know these dont work, eight of the women that are part of this lawsuit had their incidents occur after these features were in play. Reporter city supervisor brown talked about how she grew up in a van on the streets. As a child of 13, living in a van, theres a lot of struggles. Reporter San Francisco officials visited this safe parking lot in oakland near the coliseum after it opened in june, according to the Oakland Community houses services manager.
