Howard Eugene Wagner passed away at Sarasota Memorial Hospital at the age of 90-years on Sunday February 19, 2023, surrounded by family, after a courageous 4.5-month battle with lung cancer. He fought hard until the end like a true German. He always had a sense of humor, even in his illness.
