Oneida man accused of break-ins at Verona storage units

Troopers said they conducted a property check at a Verona storage unit location at about 1:30 a.m. Feb. 21, due to a recent uptick in crime. Troopers said they found Geoffrey J. Kaulback, 33, of Oneida, at the site in possession of tools, with numerous locks broken on multiple units. Troopers said Kaulback was linked to previous break-ins at the same location, and he was taken into custody on March 8.
