If you look to the right of your screen, the Surveillance Video appears to show one man chasing another and as we zoom in, we can see what appears to be someone in a wheelchair. Morrow was shot in the 2400 block of elvins road in southeast on monday morning. Pat collins asked d. C. s interim police chief whether there has been any break in this case.
