WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - Heather M. Weinkertz, 43, passed away March 5th, 2021. Heather attended General Brown High School, and later on began her own family, with 3 beautiful children whom were her whole world. She was a loving mother and a loyal friend and partner. She was approaching her 10-year anniversary with her fiancé, Tony Phillips, 36. They will remain forever connected as time goes on. She was a kind but honest friend whom always gave the best advice. She was the glue to all of our sanities. Heather had a passion for music and drawing. She was witty and intelligent with the best sense of humor. BELLEVILLE The operator of a Mount Vernon McDonald s is being sued after a customer allegedly slipped on grease while at the restaurant.
Morgan Browers filed a complaint Dec. 10 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against TDS Services Inc., alleging negligence.
On March 21, 2019, Browers claims she was leaving the Mt. Vernon McDonald s managed by the defendants. She alleges that while exiting the restaurant, she slipped and fell on grease that was on the floor.
Browers alleges she suffered permanent, serious and painful injuries and damages, including injury to her shoulder. Her injury allegedly required surgery. She further alleges her injuries have greatly interfered with her ability to work and resulted in lost wages and earnings as well as the loss of her enjoyment of life.
