They fired right in front of the capitol at first and constitution. They heard seven to eight shots fired as the woman was not hit. She kept on going. A barricade went up here at 1st and institution. It did not stop the woman. She apparently was before the barricade went up and went driving up constitution avenue. But that barricade, they did stop the Capitol Police officer.
