That ramp to the blue route northbound, blocked off still. You cant access the blue route from 95. Youll have to get off sooner. Get off at stewart. Thats a good idea for now. Slow approaching there. Once you get off at stewart, you can make a left at Westchester Pike to fairview. Then you can get back to the blue route that way and safely head northbound.
