Popular New York-based ice cream parlor chain Van Leeuwen is expected to open its doors soon in Crystal City. Located at 269 19th Court S., the shop's grand opening was originally scheduled for Tuesday, June 11, but a PR rep announced at 4 p.m. Friday that it was being pushed back "due to unforeseen circumstances."
