Not only is it the prime season for the appeal of some of his brands but it’s also an opportunity to step into the fresh air and get together, he said, as social distancing formally allows.
“Cherry blossom time now means I will be reuniting with customers who have been hibernating for the winter,” said Roccarro with a chuckle. He says that traditionally patron hanker for Strongbow’s Cherry Blossom, a pink-y cider that parent company Heineken USA recommends served over ice, and Hofbrau Maibock. The latter, copper-hued brew was invented by William V, Duke of Bavaria

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. Flagship Brewing Co. of Tompkinsville brings another beer into the world with the birth of Little Baby IPA. Available in limited supply, the cans can be pre-ordered online or for shipping starting at noon Friday, Feb. 26 Theflagshipbrewery.revelup.com/weborder/?establishment=1.
The brewery describes “Little Baby” as “a hazy, juicy session NEIPA. Double dry hopped with Motueka, Ekuanot, Cashmere and Mosaic hops.”
