I have six brothers and six sisters total. I lived in a household in west baltimore, right across the street where the disturbances in baltimore started earlier this year. You know, the world you grew up in, what you know in terms of what you are going to go out and see, and then theres the world thats on tv, and the world is a great deal of violence in the neighborhoods, where violence shaped the social customs of folks, and where a larger violence that was not as obvious, not necessarily somebody pulling out a gun or five toys jumping you, but a larger aspect of violence shaped the community.
