MADISON, Wis. Thursday marks the first day kids between the ages of 12 and 15 can get their second dose of the Pfizer coronavirus vaccine, meaning they’re just a couple weeks away from being fully vaccinated.
For teens like 14-year-old Sarah Gorman, who got her second shot as part of News 3 Now’s Vaccine Day, the thought of being fully vaccinated is an exciting one.
“I’m really excited to go back to normal school, we had a taste of that second semester,” Gorman said. “With sports, I’m just so happy not to worry as much, too.”
