Department of Food & Civil Supplies (F&CS) held its departmental meeting with advisor, F&CS & LMCP Government of Nagaland, K. T. Sukhalu, on May 1 at the Directorate of Food & Civil Supplies, Dimapur.
DIMAPUR The Food and Civil Supplies department organised on Monday with KT Sukhalu, Advisor, Food and Civil Supply (F&CS), Legal Metrology and Consumer Protection (LMCP). It was held at the Directorate of Food and Civil Supplies, Dimapur, with Chubasangla Anar, Commissioner and Secretary, F&CS and LMCP as the chairperson. V Lovitoly Sema, Director, F&CS, delivered the welcome address followed by presentation of departmental activities by Dr. Kapenlo Thong, Deputy Director, F&CS, KT Sukhalu encouraged all the officers of the department to give their best for the welfare of the public, an update stated. Issues such as viability of the fair price shops and transportation costs were discussed, it said. He also raised concern on deputing adequate staff to all the new districts. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks from I Anungba Sanglir, Joint Director, F&CS.
