Leaders making a bombshell announcement. Police saying theyve arrested 23 people in connection to various crimes. They call it operation. Dont mess around. Today. The mayor and the Police Department announced they arrested nearly 2 dozen people buy serving arrest warrants last week for a variety of crimes, including murder, assault and robbery leaders say many of the suspects came from out of town. Antioch mayor lamar thorpe had this to say. The message is very clear. If you come to any commit a crime, you will be found. Will be arrested and you will ultimately be prosecuted. Again, i cant reiterate that message enough. And i cant reiterate the message to create the safe harbors those who commit crimes elsewhere. You will be responsible for this as well.
