You know, ultimately lead to one suspect shooting and fleeing the scene. A 28 yearold man died on the scene. 2 other men are in the hospital just to was friend was there was traumatizing. They didnt know if it was a mass shooting. They didnt know if it was, you know, gunfire. What happened, you breaks out here, the stuff on the news and im sure its from matic and shes got kids that were there. So stuff to but describes the Bowling Alley has a place for families and we have kids. We bring in here all the time. This morning hear that happens. You know . We dont hear that kind of stuff happened a little more lot. Saturday night surgeon steve gourd with the Livermore Police department echoed that sentiment. And says the group involved in the incident knew each other. A suspect description has not been released, but detectives are combing through evidence and following leads to find a suspect. We believe we know who that person is. So we did get a lot of tips right off. It was kind of crowded. So we did have a lot of witnesses. The owner of granada bowl declined to comment due to the ongoing investigation. A post on their social media page reads in part, quote, the staff and management of granada bowl are deeply saddened by the senseless acts of violence that occurred at our center on saturday evening. The safety and security of our customers and employees is and always will continue to be a top priority. We will do everything in our power to assist local authorities in bringing the responsible party to justice. This happened near the Small Community of berryessa states which is close to pope valley. And that happened around 8. 30 this morning. The crash also sparked in a fire. One acre fire called the states fire which crews were able to get quickly contained. The faa and ntsb are investigating this crash. The napa county medical examiner and coroner are right now working to identify the 2 victims. Mountain view. Police say they have arrested the man suspected of shooting an officer at close range Early Saturday Morning. Kron fours amanda hari has a look at the sus3ect and what we know about him so far. Were also following developing news tonight out of uvalde, texas, where state lawmakers released their most comprehensive report of the events surrounding that fateful day when 21 people were shot and killed inside Robb Elementary School reporter nick smith has the details from the report that calls the response from Law Enforcement. Quote, systemic failures for the first time news nation has learned what investigators say took place on the morning of may 24th. In the nearly 80 minutes between the moment, 18 yearold salvador ramos fired shots inside classrooms at Robb Elementary School in uvalde, texas. And when police busted in and killed the gunman on sunday, a committee of texas state lawmakers investigating the Police Response released a 77 page report detailing what they described as systemic failures and egregiously poor decisionmaking from those at the scene. The officers who knew or should have non known that this was an active situation by their Training Experience should have done more. Its certainly certainly with the chaos people should have asked wise or incident commander, why theres not overall commander outside the building helping try to organize that. The investigation criticize what they call the inaction of state and federal Law Enforcement who make up the majority of responding officers. The report states that there were 91 state Police Officers. 149 from u.
