Police right now are blocking off the entrance to the parking lot garage across from the main jail and the hall of justice. This accident happened way into the parking garage on the second floor. Preliminarily what the Fire Department investigators tell us, they believe a driver may have suffered some sort of medical ailment, a medical condition. And that caused the vehicle to go out of control. That vehicle then struck a pillar in the garage and struck another car bursting into flames. Witnesses tell me here at the scene that the cars accelerator was still on when they tried to approach it. The tires were popping, the tire tread flying all over the place. They couldnt get close to see if anybody was inside the car. Later, firefighters did determine that somebody was inside the car. They dont know, again, if he suffered some sort of medical ailment. B
