Recently released from an Oklahoma Jail he is suspected of shooting and killing his aunt and uncle and injuring four others including Police Officers while on the run. Authorities put out a wanted flyer describing vance but it also contains a disturbing sentence. He has quote a medical coit to spread disease. The medical condition was not specified but an oklahoma sheriffs Public Information officer says its a Communicable Disease that can be transmitted by blood. Vance is believed to be carrying an a k47 and driving a silver 2007 mitsubishi eclipse. Cedar Rapids Police are starting to worry about an increase in crime that could lead to guns ending crime that could lead to guns ends up in the wrong hands this year there have been 18 firearms stolen from cars.
