The Uttar Pradesh government has directed district magistrates to clarify negative news published by a media group that could sully the state s reputation or present false information. Reports labeled negative will be recorded for investigation via an Integrated Grievance Redressal System (IGRS), and sent to the relevant departmental heads, district magistrates and divisional commissioners for action.
The Uttar Pradesh government, led by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, has issued an order to the officers of all the departments to pick up the calls of the public representatives or call them back later with a message if they are not able to pick up the call under any special circumstances, an official release from the state government said on Wednesday. “The new Township Policy 2023 will attract investments and empower private developers to contribute to the development of the state. The new policy also opens new avenues for integrated township projects by allowing FDI,” said Amit Modi, Director at County Group.
