Union Ministers Piyush Goyal, Arjun Munda and Nityanand Rai will meet farmers' leaders Jagjit Singh Dallewal and Sarwan Singh Pandher tomorrow in Chandigarh. Notably, the farmers' union have given a call for a 'Delhi Chalo' march on February 13. The march has been organised by approximately 200 farmers' unions. In view of the march, the security agencies have parked heavy-duty bulldozers, backhoe machines, riot control vehicles and water cannons at the Delhi-Noida border. According to the secret intelligence input accessed by India Today, as many as 15,000 to 20,000 farmers may reach Delhi on 2,000-2,500 tractors to participate in the march.
