Reporter this video has been viewed tens of thousands of times you can see San Francisco Police Officers holding down a man Near Civic Center plaza. Oh my god. What are you doing . Reporter the woman who recorded the video says its what officer it went 30 minutes and claimed this was police harassment. We checked in with San Francisco police and officers say they didnt take him down but that the man fell. He was waving sticks around. And the 911 caller was concerned for the persons safety as well as the safety of others. Reporter the man had one prosthetic leg and claimed the sticks were his crutches. But police say they were in fact sticks but couldnt show them to us. He ran into traffic. And said he did not care whether or not he was going to be hit by a car.
