The family is here today with police to talk about trying to find the killers. Police say so far no arrests and not enough information about a dodge pickup truck. From the day of the shooting, it was reported as a double homicide. Donte glenn died in the bullet ridden suv. The black dodge pickup seen here in this Surveillance Video got away. But fot before firing the shots that killed bystander maria sosa. A 33yearold mother of 3 who was standing in her yard when the the gunfight turned down her street. She was out front with the children. To protect the children when this happened. Maria says the father and her daughter both broke down as they asked for help. The family of a hostage killed in the the gun battle between police and bank robbers has filed a lawsuit against the stockton pd. The suit comes one day after the findings of an independent report were made public. That report concluded that Stockton Police officers used, quote, Unreasonable Force when they fired 600 times at the car carrying the suspects and hostages. Misty holt sang was killed by Police Gunfire along with two suspects. Another explosion in bangkok. No one was hurt, but a bomb was thrown from a bridge and fell into the water.
