Faith Burns, 20, who was shot and killed near a home in Dacula, Ga. on Valentine’s Day.
Two 16-year-old girls whose names are not being released and who hail from Snellville, Ga. were also arrested in connection with Burns’s death. Collins and Spencer are both residents of Loganville, Ga., about 15 minutes away.

DACULA, Ga. - Gwinnett County police said two 17-year-old girls are behind bars and two 16-year-olds were also arrested in connection to a February homicide investigation in Dacula.
Police said Friday night Kennedy Collins and Jocelyn Spencer, both 17-year-olds from Loganville, were arrested and charged with felony murder and aggravated assault in connection to the death of 20-year-old Faith Burns, shot dead in February in a home on Uniwattee Trail in Dacula. Both are in Gwinnett County Jail, police said.
Two 16-year-old suspects were also arrested, police say. The arrests come after police issued warrants for the arrest of another 17-year-old girl, Damia Mitchell of Snellville. Police said Mitchell turned herself in. She was wanted for murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a person under 18.

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. Gwinnett Police announced on Friday that they had made several more arrests in a February murder - with all of them being teen girls.
The original shooting happened just after 1:30 p.m. on Valentine s Day near Dacula according to police. Officers arrived in the area of Uniwattee Trail and Mountain Ash Court to find 20-year-old Faith Burns of Loganville with at least one gunshot wound.
She later died at an area hospital. Meanwhile, the search for answers at the scene began with the discovery of several shell casings at the scene. Snellville, Georgia (Gwinnett Daily Post) Gwinnett County police said 17-year-old Damia Mitchell of Snellville, who was wanted on felony murder charges, has turned herself in.
Mitchell was wanted for charges of felony murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a person under 18 in the domestic-related death of a woman that occurred Sunday afternoon near Dacula.
The victim was 20-year-old Faith Burns from Loganville.
“Investigators believe that Burns and Mitchell knew each other and had a domestic altercation prior to this shooting,” Cpl. Collin Flynn said. “They also believe there were multiple people present during the shooting and detectives are urging anyone with information to come forward.”
