Family, friends, volunteers search for Saniyya Dennis in Niagara Falls State Park About 60 people joined the search for a missing Buffalo State College student, who was last seen on April 24. The Buffalo State College student has been missing for over a week. The Bronx native was last seen on campus on Saturday, April 24. There is video of her in an elevator on campus. NFTA video, according to authorities, shows her inside of the downtown bus terminal. However, that video has not been released.

As student remains missing, family airs frustration

Family of Saniyya Dennis The family of a Buffalo State College student missing since last weekend has put up a $10,000 reward for information that leads to her safe return. In the meantime, the family of Saniyya Dennis has traveled to Buffalo from New York City, and expressed their frustration Friday over the investigation so far. Dennis, a sophomore at Buffalo Bronx native, was last seen leaving her on-campus residence hall late Saturday evening. Investigators say the last ping identified from her mobile phone was around 1:20 the following morning near Goat Island in Niagara Falls. Peter Carey, Chief of University Police at Buffalo State College, explained that no activity had been traced to her phone since.
