Up until this afternoon, the boat she was on was still out there in the Delta Southwest dusky beach. Originally, the call came in as a hit and run. Authorities say the occupants of the other boat are cooperating with the investigation. This is video from the San Joaquin County Sheriffs Office of its Crime Scene Investigation in the delta.
