OXFORD, MISS Alex Moscovici Troyka, of Saline, MI, was recently named to the University of Mississippi s Fall 2020 Honor Roll lists.
Troyka was named to the Chancellor s Honor Roll, which is reserved for students who earn a semester GPA of 3.75-4.00. Our Chancellor s Honor Roll students deserve a great deal of recognition for their pursuit of academic excellence and incredible achievements, said Chancellor Glenn Boyce. These students represent some of the best and brightest at the University of Mississippi, and I m thrilled to congratulate them for their pursuit of personal and academic greatness.
In order to be eligible for honor roll designation, a student must have completed at least 12 graded hours for the semester and may not be on academic probation during the semester.

348 named to Union University Presidentâs List
JACKSON â Three hundred forty-eight students have been named to the Union University Presidentâs List for the fall 2020 semester.
Those who received this recognition include Christy Newsom of Sevierville.
The Presidentâs List includes full-time students who achieve a 4.0 grade point average on a four-point scale.
Founded in 1823 and affiliated with the Tennessee Baptist Convention, Union University is characterized by quality Christ-centered teaching and learning. Union offers liberal arts training in more than 100 majors and programs of study along with professional programs in business, education and nursing.
About 3,000 students are currently enrolled.
