Even though, she says its caused trouble for her in the county. I was receiving phone calls making ugly comments that i need to shut up. [ticking] why are hundreds of freezing people gathering in the middle of the night in this knoxville parking lot . Whos got number one . Number one. Number two . Theyre here in hopes of seeing a doctor. This is a clinic set up by remote area medical a charity founded to bring doctors to the amazon but now its a lifeline for the uninsured here at home. Has to sidebyside being distributed . Mr. Chairman, can i move my vote after. We are waiting for a ruling from the parliamentarian. I couldnt hear you. Waiting on berlin from the parliamentarian. Okay. Can i move my votes until the end of the tranche . [inaudible conversations] the next one is to widen rural schools and there is a sidebyside which has been handed out already. [inaudible conversations] so on a sidebyside, two minutes of debate. Colleagues, my amendment creates a Deficit Neutral Reserve Fund to protect americas treasures and grow our rural economies in a balanced way. The sidebyside ties the wellbeing of rural economies and our spectacular treasures we all revere to unsustainable logging levels. So i hope we will look carefully at the numbers here because the programs involved already get a significant amount of their funding from logging. Said yes. So there was such a huge overpayment going on, 85 of seniors going through traditional medicare 15 through the private Insurance Market and the amount of money going at that time to private Insurance Market was hugely overpaid compared to everybody else and most seniors then were picking up the costs system of point is, we put some caps on overpayment that have saved dollars. And that in fact have gone back into making sure seniors can receive prescription drugs by closing the doughnut hole by getting a wellness visit every year without out of pocket cost, and other things. While we have to look at this amendment, i would say to my friend from alabama that i come from a very different perspective about what we actually did because i believe that we looked for savings and then strengthened medicare, in fact benefits for seniors have gone up. But as he mentioned, this is now a conflict not just in the russian context, not just in the regional context of the north caucuses, not just in the russian statewide context but it has global connections.
