The ordinance also bans landlords from collecting late fees for rent, if that rent is delayed. It will ban other types of evictions during this state of emergency with very limited exceptions in the midst of this state of emergency. And a some point that tenant is going to be able to come back, there is a financial disincentive for them to keep that unit open as we have taken care of that family for six months or a year or year and a half.
