A day before the deadline for all parties involved in the ConCourt rescission application by the jailed former president to file their supplementary papers, experts have offered their insight on what the apex court is trying to achieve.
The Concourt is calling on parties to submit a 20-page document on how Zuma’s detention possibly affects International Law, as well as the constitutional implications of his ongoing detention.<.
