Over 50 personnel of the Nigeria Police Force who complained about the non-payment of their six months arrears of the new salary structure President Muhammadu Buhari approved for the Force in 2021 have been arrested. Others arrested by the police authorities were those who lamented that their monthly salaries were being deducted by the authorities without explanations. SaharaReporters gathered that the affected policemen were arrested across the country, and airlifted to Abuja where they are being detained.
