You can tell here there are no cars getting through eastbound or westbound on 580. Total shutdown of the freeway. There is, as you can also see to use , lets say, oakland to Castro Valley or the other way around, it is not going to happen because as of right now, both sides of 580 east and westbound through san leandro are closed.
