I actually just did a presentation at the consular corps yesterday and i know over 450 officers speak different languages, 217 are certified bilingual and then as we hire the 300 officers back i know theres officers in the academy, for instance, the flag bearer at the last Academy Class is a fluent tagalak speaker.
