In a welcome move the Union Cooperation Ministry has departed from the tradition to extol the virtues of successful cooperatives of the country. In quick succession the Ministry first tweeted about the leading UCB-
“The process for the merger began over five months ago. The management of KMF had been convinced completely around Amit Shah’s visit in December 2022,” said a former KMF official.
The Court observed that the Union Cooperation Ministry's application was reasonable and in the larger interest of genuine depositors of the Sahara Group of Cooperative Societies
