Ocean front Apartment Building turned to rubble overnight. We know at least one person has died. 55 of the 136 units this portion of the building destroyed. And that portion of the building Still Standing could collapse as the desperate search continues. This is the moment, those 55 units came crashing down. Look at that. Just stunning. Crews pulled a young boy from the mangled debris. The boy talking with his rescuers before he was carried off.
