A motion to reassess $90,388 in deferred special assessments failed on a 2-3 vote. Fourteen parcels have outstanding assessments for city street or utility projects.
The city ranked 281st in the Minnesota Clean Water Revolving Fund's project priority list, but was within the fundable range for the Drinking Water Revolving Fund.
