The survey stated that Goa remains the top hot spot for vacation homes, commanding a significant 35 percent share of responses. Desire to invest in overseas property remained stable at 12 percent, with Dubai UAE, and USA maintaining their positions as top choices.
As of November 2023, companies and financial institutions raised ₹13,742 crore through public issues of NCDs, the highest since 2019-20, when ₹15,068 crore was raised, according to the Sebi data.
As per regulatory requirements, at least 65% of the corpus is allocated to arbitrage products, while the fund manager is free to choose the remaining 35% between arbitrage or debt products, depending on his view on the market.
