Police arrested a person found covered in blood in connection to the killings of a man and woman. Just after noon today, officers went to an apartment complex on palo verde near tropicana and swenson. A man was found outside a first floor apartment covered in blood. Neighbors say he is frank interlichia. A man who has lived here at the palo verde villas for the last three months. He was a oommate with robin and kelly naples. The same couple who neighbors say dead. The victims appeared to have died from blunt force trauma. A baseball bat was found at the scene, but it was not confirmed whether it was used in the incident. Most likely going to the baseball bat
