WILLIAMSPORT – A federal judge has recommended the dismissal of six defendants – five Susquehanna Twp. police officers and a corrections officer – from a suit stemming from the 2019 death of a Dauphin County Prison inmate.
U.S. Middle District Magistrate Judge William I. Arbuckle III on Monday found the facts do not suggest the police officers were negligent in transporting Ty’Rique Riley to the prison.
