Found 16 packets inside a School Bathroom specifically a toilet. Crack cocaine was very addictive in nature. Cocaine, these are young kid. Reporter lieutenant john walker with the Philadelphia Police say the the 13 yearold gave an eight yearold a packet and told him to hold on to it until after school and wow pay him 7. The student broad the drugs to two other, eight yearold, one of them sniffed the cocaine according to police. Three, eight yearold and 13 yearold who brought the cocaine in the building went to the hospital as a precaution.
