The Fire Department came in and couldnt find the source of the fire. They just saw smoke. That was it. The second one they saw a guy running out of the parking garage after setting fire to a car and they are investigating the matter. That resident declined to give us his name, but Building Management got an image of a possible suspect from their surveillance cameras.
