The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Wednesday arraigned the operator of McHarvey Capital Limited, Benjamin Okenna Ikaa and two others. Ikaa was arraigned before Justice Emeka Nwite of the Federal High Court, Maitama, Abuja alongside Chidera Jonas and Ikaa Ejike Benjamin. The trio are facing four counts bordering on obtaining by false pretence and money laundering in a crypto-currency investment fraud to the tune of $1,621,352, (One Million, Six Hundred and Twenty-one Thousand, Three Hundred and Fifty-Two United States Dollars).
