On April 1 at 11am a woman contacted police regarding a domestic dispute, court documents reveal. When police attended the Tweed address, the woman said she had recently separated from the man which had resulted in ongoing arguments. She told police the man had sprayed mould cleaner in her face. She had immediate pain and discomfort with a burning sensation on her face. When police spoke to the 47-year-old man he said he had sprayed it but didn t believe it was in her face.

Piotr Dadok, 41, faces charges of inciting another person for a sexual act, behaving in an offensive manner and three counts of stalking or intimidation. Police allege about 10.20am on March 7 Mr Dadok approached a 14-year-old girl on Brisbane St, Murwillumbah where he allegedly spoke to her and made several sexual propositions, before she walked away. It is alleged in a second incident, police were called to a shopping centre on the corner of Brisbane and Wollumbin streets, Murwillumbah, after reports two children were allegedly approached by Mr Dadok, about 11.30am.

Graham Belcher, 52, was set to be sentenced in Lismore District Court on Wednesday for dangerous driving causing death and grievous bodily harm and failing to stop and assist. The British man was driving a blue 2019 Hyundai i30 when he collided with two motorcyclists on Tweed Valley Way near Tumbulgum, on September 2, 2019. A 39-year-old Gold Coast man, Scott Rose, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Voices in man s head told him his mum was kidnapped

Premium Content Subscriber only A Tweed Heads man explains he led police on multiple cross border pursuits, broke into multiple homes and ran down a man with a car after hearing voices in his head telling him his mother had been kidnapped, a court heard. Kenny Morris, 23, earlier this year pleaded guilty to stealing a car, a police pursuit, using an offensive weapon to prevent lawful detection, several break and enters and causing reckless grievous bodily harm. Court documents revealed Morris went on a bizarre break-in rampage on March 28 last year, where he stole a blue Mitsubishi Lancer and entered four Tweed Heads units near Kennedy Dr and Grey St while the residents were home over the course of 10 hours.
